i recieved this item today and there is a tear where the strap is connected to the purse. how do i return an item? i have never had to before. it wont let me post a pic in this message.

@kimberntodd we are so sorry about that. So what you need to do is google “return Poshmark item.” It will give you exact steps. Post picture of the strap with tear and then upload. We will get a note that you have had an issue. We will accept the return so you will get a new shipping label.
Please make sure the return address is for MaryLou Cahir in Hermosa Beach. Our thrift shop is closed so the post office can’t return it there. Again so sorry about this. Did not see the tear.
