You bought 3 pairs of shoes from me and gave me 4 stars because you said during shipping the flowers were smashed. I have 16 more pairs of shoes with flowers in the Born brand and everyone single pair is not perfect and purchased that way. I'm happy to take pictures to show you the condition.

I'd love for you to send a picture so I can compare it to the several pictures I have on my phone of the pair I sent to you. A little tissue paper would have not made any difference and they were not cramed into the box. They had room. I have sold several other pairs of floral Born and my feedback rating has always been 5 stars. At a final dollar amount of around $32.00 for 3 new condition Borns, I would say you got a slamming deal.

@stealthvette Hi! I gave the 4 stars because of the packaging and what I received was 3 pairs of shoes on top of each smashed in a box. 2 of which had flowers on them, maybe wrapping them in tissue paper or something to separate them might have helped with the shipping. Otherwise they are in good condition.
