spy_fox88 @kjjackson25 When you go into your purchases & accept your item, there should be stars that you can select. When you select 5 stars, you will be given an option under the stars to "leave a note" or "leave a comment". Click on that & a box will appear where you can type your note. Love notes can only be left with 5 star reviews. Anything less than 5 stars & a note can't be given. Trust this helps! If this doesn't work, let Poshmark know the site is having a glitch in need of fixing ;)

marra714 Hi, Kimberly - I received the NWT.midnight blue Aubrey today, but the cosmetic case and the key chain are missing. Since those are sold w the bag itself, I expected to find them in the bag, it was sold as NWT. Are you able to mail those to me? Much appreciated!

kjjackson25 @marra714 Those items were not included in my bag when I bought it for my mom. It has a key strap inside the bag for keys but no cosmetic case was included. I’m sorry I would have put it in the description if it was.

Anyway if it comes back to me I’ll send it back to you right away. Is there a different address? Please send the new one. Sorry about all this.

bublegigi @kjjackson25 No if you look at the tracking for USPS it says it was sent back to you because address wsd wrong and there was no forwsrding address. I told postmark that in my email. says returned Friday

I was just like is this right or not that’s why I asked you that today… confusing they say you received it. Ok as soon as I get it back I’ll email you and tell you I resent it.
