crystal_addict I’m soo sorry it broke, you can request a refund!!! That has never happened before and I feel really bad!! It was my fault was rushing to get it out that day because I was leaving for a trip and it didn’t fit in the small post office box and I was out of the medium, again soo sorry! Please open a case or I can give you store credit and a very generous discount on the one one you commented on that you loved? I swear it was a fluke
