It was listed in excellent used condition but as I was wrapping it up for you I noticed a spot on the backside of the shell where the silver has rubbed off. It would be up to you to say you are not selling what you are showing; it should not be up to me to tell you I want the exact one you are showing. I hope this is clear,

kimbermala @lucy13closet I guess I wasn't clear, the problem was not with the shipping, or who shipped it; the problem was with the item description; the flaws I described happened when the item was worn; sorry to be gross but whoever wore them itched into and across their behind with snaggy fingernails; they were obviously not new without tags; please don't blame whoever shipped them; please examine items more closely in future, thank you very much.
