queseraserasara @mortgagerme Yes the one that had the orange background with chain ropes in print with navy trim and then the actual gold chain at the V-neck line… That’s the one that I sent to the wrong person. She is going to return it to me at which point I will repost... And cut the price drastically for you if you are still interested? Say $10.00? Again my sincere apologies. Let me know your thoughts...

queseraserasara I canceled the order as soon as I realized the mistake so you should be getting a credit back to your account I would guess within 2 to 3 days. I canceled the order before I sent you the notice initially.

queseraserasara You purchase it for $20 so that should be credited back to your account I would think by tomorrow. Like I said I canceled the order yesterday when I realized there was an issue.

queseraserasara I just checked on my end I wish I could send you a screenshot of what I see but I will send you the information via text instead. On my end it shows that the order was placed on January 31, 2021 the order number was 6016C2FC21DAC72E63DEE8BE & Order status shows canceled as of yesterday. I will place a copy of this in the mail today for your records. And I feel pretty confident the other buyer I sent the wrong shirt to will return it in the same packaging and condition.

queseraserasara I will contact the site support and initiate a log issue… I have done everything correctly to the best of my knowledge but I will definitely contact support to see if there’s more I need to do. I sent you a copy of what I can see in the app yesterday… And if I can’t get someone on the phone I will keep documentation of any correspondence that is written for reference. Again my apologies… Let me see what else I can find out.

queseraserasara I want to say that I am so totally embarrassed by what happened... and I want you to know that I am truly trying to correct the situation in the best way that I know how. I hope that you are not angry and still have faith that I am giving this my full attention. What I have found just now is that what you paid is sitting in the pending status on my profile view... now I am going back to look for the cancellation email and contacting support which looks like that will be via their email again…

queseraserasara OK this will probably take a couple of post to get it all out but what I have found is the confirmation of the cancellation email… I then tried to contact support regarding your refund from the cancellation… And then it sent me to a link about when you will receive your refund.

queseraserasara I am going to read to you what it says from the website: when will I receive my refund? Postmark immediately processes a full refund to the original payment method used for the order. When an order is canceled: 1) your refund includes any additional fees paid such as shipping

queseraserasara And this part is from me as the stated reason - “I accidentally shipped the shirt you bought to another buyer… I got the labels confused… So for now I need to cancel the order to see if the person I shipped it to is willing to return it. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.”

queseraserasara so I assumed that you were copied on all of this correspondence via email about the cancellation from the app itself outside of me. I don’t know if the information I have provided helps or not. I am very surprised to see that I can take a billing cycle for you to get credited for the cancellation… I would assume it would be 2 to 3 days as normal with most refunds.

queseraserasara just an update on the other part of what’s going on… The other buyer did get the correct shirt today and the self addressed stamped envelope for her to return your shirt to me is in transit to her… She has indicated that she will place in the mail back to me at which point I will be mailing to you directly at no cost. Of course, all of this is dependent upon her returning it to me... My gut feeling is that she will. I hope that helps the situation some.

queseraserasara OK last update for the day is that I went ahead and logged an issue regarding refund status and the fact that you were upset that the funds were not returned to your account and asked if there was anything more that I needed to do via there email communication system… I received an auto generated email stating they would be back in contact in 24 hours. I’ll be in touch as soon as I hear anything.
