I realized as I was packing the item that the pictures reflect scuffing at the bottom corners of the purse mostly the flat side where it sets on the ground, but it is not in the description. Their research shows that the usps tracking is currently down, which is why we see no progress activity. It may well be delivered today, but it’s hard to tell. I’ll update you when I know more. @lynn0116 Hi am starting to feel like you’re family!Another frustrating day to see no progress on your delivery, I’m thinking that this usps issue is widespread. I made a Poshmark purchase myself almost a week ago and have yet to see any shipment or tracking details. The email that Poshmark sent me a couple of days ago stated that they would take action if your package wasn’t delivered by the 10th, so that’s 5 more days to wait & see. Hoping it will show up before then, take care.

@lynn0116 I know! I check the tracking several times a day, no updates, is like it’s frozen. Poshmark said we have to wait until Aug. 10th before they take action. Have you inquired on your end? USPS website says presently there are delays with all mail. I imagine if it was lost they’d ‘fess up. Have you had delivery delays to your address since covid19 began?

@pepper2luv poshmark just really made me mad. They said that according to there records the package was delivered on August 2, and that I needed to look around my house to try and find it!! Are you kidding me??? I sent them a screen shot of the durrent tracking from the USPS that says it is still "in transit". Their customer service stinks. At this point I am very upset with them.

@lynn0116 Well if we don’t hear from Poshmark tomorrow by the time you are home from work, you should contact them and ask if they will please respond on their resolution plan as it’s been 2 weeks and you want to cancel and be refunded. I know you were looking forward to the bag and now feel let down with the Poshmark experience and may not want to shop on the site again. But I’m still hoping that tomorrow one of us will receive good news from them or I’ll hear from usps. I will message you.

Hello! Your Michael Kors wallet was shipped on December 3rd. I have seen them made two separate inquires regarding tracking. Reviewing the comments here it appears this is common for you, perhaps it is your address. I have filed a report after being notified you have cancelled the order that was shipped nearly a week ago.
