greygoose Hi Kimberly. You just purchased my two hats and vintage hat box. I have packaged it up carefully and securely but the box is quite large and I’ve got a support ticket in to PM about how to handle it. There will be added shipping fees and I don’t know how that’s handled. I usually ship my sales out immediately but this one may take some time until they get back to me.

greygoose @kimjean222 oh that’s very nice! We have plenty of time but due to their response time, it may take longer than the usual time to ship it out. It’s unclear how they handle the extra shipping charges and it won’t make sense for me to spend out-of-pocket to sell you the hats and box. I wish there was some way we could negotiate this. It’s against the rules but in this case we made need to connect off the platform. I have a photo of the way I packed it all up I could send you.

greygoose @kimjean222 I really want to ship you the hats. The box is ready to go. However the only way I can do it is if you and I can negotiate the extra shipping. The amount PM will cover is a fraction of what it will cost. The hatbox is vintage and fragile and requires a padded box. Either I need to collect more $ to ship the box or maybe ship the hat by itself for the label they include. Which would you like?
