muhreeahh Hi there, I’m reaching out because of the less than stellar review of purchase that was given by you. I apologize if the top did not fit well. I never tried it on so I was not aware of how it would fit. Since you mentioned that item description could have been better, could you please let me know how I could have done better in this transaction? Thank you for any advice.

kimluvscars @muhreeahh photos you placed of top had sash and tie in front, folded that way in the package. When I tried on, it was impossible to put on. I couldn’t even tell if fit because it wouldn’t go over head. The way sash was positioned in front it blocked access to being able to go over head. I came back to it hours later, figured out what was wrong. The sash must go to backside of blouse in order to get it over head. Pics and packaged with the sash in front, confused me. Your photos were incorrect.

kimluvscars @muhreeahh I tried to type more but limit on characters allowed. I gave bad rating when I couldn’t even try it on. Once I figured it out I already gave rating. I still wouldn’t give perfect rating because pics were wrong. Can I adjust rating? Once I got it on the item is too snug. I wear XS and S in Express and WHBM but this one was too small.
