I'm trying to straighten it out right now, but it might be a couple days til i know whats up. im hopeful I can get them out to you soon, but if you want to cancel because of the delay, I wanted to give you that option. im so sorry.

saramajara @mywaywardsoul follow-up: so clearly i'm a moron, because I packed your purchase ( pentagram pants ) at the same time I was packing another poshmark items for the post. Apparently a duplicate shipping label got in the mix, and the box containing the pants you bought, got shipped to the other poshera as well. They may be willing to just slap the correct label on you'll have them in a few days, but I really dont know. I take full responsibility & am so sorry. Just tell me what you want to do.

saramajara @mywaywardsoul of course, I will keep you updated! And anything in my power I can do to get the pants to you, I will. I’m still a bit confused about what actually did happen with the labels - if your item does arrive, please let me know. Meanwhile I’ll continue to try an correct my mistake and get your pants to you. Again, I apologize for all this.

saramajara @mywaywardsoul hey! Good news - just got an email from poshmark - they’ve issued a shipping label to get your pants ( from the posher I mistakenly sent them to ) to you. I have a tracking number and am hoping you will be receiving them in several days.

saramajara @mywaywardsoul hey stiillll waiting for any info. It looks like despite being contacted & provided a shipping label by poshmark support, the posher who received your item still has not shipped it. I’ve emailed posh support & let them know, as they have been in contact with her, and am waiting to hear what happens next. I will let you know what’s up as soon as I get a reply. I understand this is probably really frustrating for you. Again, I’m so sorry.

saramajara @mywaywardsoul posh support was no help, they just said that they can’t force the posher who received your item to forward it, and reminded me again that this is my fault. Both of which are pretty true. I’ve asked them to refund your money, so please let me know when that happens. I think I know where you can get the same pants new, for just a bit more, I’ll send the url to you if you’re interested. I’m so sorry. If there’s anything else I can do please let me know

saramajara @mywaywardsoul yea I messaged her as soon as I realized my mix-up, while the packages were still in the mail. She did not respond to that message, or any of the others I sent her. Poshmark support also contacted her & requested she forward your package. Currently she has not sent the package or responded to anyone. At this point I think she’s most likely decided to keep the pants & play dumb

drees6 Thanks for your purchase of my matching set! I just wanted to let you know that it has been stored in my shed all summer so it has a bit of a musty smell at the moment. It’s nothing bad, and I would normally just wash it before I send it out, but since it’s new with tags I didn’t want to remove those to wash it. I can either wash it tonight and then ship out tomorrow or just ship it out how it is. Let me know!
