usadebbieusa Hello Kimberly, I'm sorry that you weren't pleased with your Coach bag. Didn't I do the condition of the item justice in listing pictures and description. A "much loved" item is going to show wear. I mentioned staining and posted a close up pic of lining staining. The description ends with the words, "signs of wear are everywhere." Is there anything else I could have mentioned?
