sausi4me Hi Kimberly, I am truly sorry for the delay and n sending the Cartier scarf, but I was on vacation til August 14th. I was still able to print the shipping label and I went to the post office on Saturday, August 15th but the lobby and drop boxes were locked. So, I dropped it off Monday, August 17th and today I get a notification that you have canceled the order. I am sorry for any inconvenience and have contacted customer service in regards to this situation. Thank you

sausi4me I have yet to get a response from you, regarding wether or not you are keeping the Cartier scarf and therefore must pay for it, or returning it? PLEASE RESPOND!

organicgirl72 Hi, I was emailed by Poshmark to cancel the order as it had not shown as shipped in their system, which I did. But then they said they received a shipping confirmation from you after the cancellation was processed. So then I went into my account to click the "keep" option but it is no longer available. I just received the scarf today & emailed Poshmark customer service about how to ensure that you get paid or to find out if I have to return it since they already processed the cancellation.

organicgirl72 Unfortunately the notifications from Poshmark do not email me so I did not get your notes above until just now. I do not check PM daily so I didn't know you had sent notes. As soon as I hear back from PM customer service on if they can re-charge the card or if I have to return it I will update here too.

sausi4me @organicgirl72 Thank you so much for responding! I hope you are happy with your order. I have emailed Poshmark several times and have yet to get a response as to how I will get paid. When I contacted them yesterday, they saw the item was in transit and changed the status but then today it said canceled again. I am very disappointed in how their app works and don’t feel as though I have to go to such a hassle to get paid. Thank you for your honesty and I hope this gets resolved soon.

organicgirl72 Lordy, tried to reply to you but mentioned "p-a-y-p-a-l" in the message and they deleted it. If they prove useless in reversing the cancellation we'll try something else.

organicgirl72 So Poshmark is supposedly going to re-list the item privately and send me the link to pay again. Not sure if you've gotten any replies from them on your end, but we'll see how that goes.
