wegotsoles good morning, truly apologize for this mix up. I can assure you it was not intentional at all. Someone else received your shoes and you have theirs. I did have a few deaths in my life that week and I was not on my "A" game, even though I thought I could handle it. The labels got put on the wrong box. First time. Truly apologize. Please send shoes back for a refund and or for the correct shoes. Have a blessed day.

wegotsoles @kimberlydiles I commented everywhere because I want to do things right. Clearly not intentional. Statibg not to buy from me is harsh but fine. On your case you opened, once Poshmark approve it for the return, you'll get a notice on what to with label. to do so. Once I get them I can send you the correct ones. They'll be process to come back to me also. In that way I can ship the right ones to you.

kimberlydiles @wegotsoles and that's fine as is your right. I've never had this happen and was not sure what to do. I was very disappointed when I opened my package and it wasn't what I ordered. Again it happens. But once you realized what happened you have reach out. I appreciate this. Again once when I receive further instructions on what to do. I'll ship them back. Again things happen which you explained. And I get that. I'm not angry just want what I paud for.Have a great day
