katiesollazzo Hi! I saw the rating and comments you left on my purse and I am very surprised and feel very bad for your experience. I did place a box in the purse to prevent the shape to bend in shipping. I can assure you over time while the bag is in use it will regain its rightful shape. I’m very sorry.
