Kimberly, Good evening. Hope all is well. You purchased the Sail Boat Ornaments from me. When packing them for shipment today I see one of the Sailboat Ornaments has a broke sail! Didnt see this when I listed them.

I’m so sorry you were dissatisfied with my ship time.... your order came in late afternoon on the 23rd, my post office closed early the 24th, not open the 25th, put it in the box the 26th, I think it sat there until it was scanned on Monday the 28th, ugh. There are items I shipped then that are still not at their destination! The Christmas rush was hectic! Next year I think I’ll close on 12/10! I apologize... my 5th 3 star rating in 1122 sales. Working to improve in New Year!

You.purchased the purse from my closet. However this is one of the first things I listed and has been stored for quite some time and I see some scuff marks that weren’t there when I listed it.
