pcairl50 I shipped the outfit the same day and the item is new the 1-star rating was not earned. If you would have taken the time to track the item you would see that the status is "out for delivery today. I can't control the post office. and I am not sure where the "delivered" status came from. I feel bad for the mix-up with USPS and you should have it today according to the tracking. If you are still not satisfied, please feel free to do a return.

new19652003 @pcairl50 Hey there Pamela, I did track the package and it said delivered @ 12:42am. We don't have deliveries during that time. But I would like you to know that I did receive the package around 6:30 pm this evening. All is well and it was in good condition. The pants were a little long and big but still a very nice outfit. I don't know what happened with the post office and the information that was sent. All is well my Posh Sister ❤.
