pam1116 @k_buerkley Hi Kimberly. I still have not received the new label from Poshmark. I can’t just change the address on the old label because the Usps barcode still indicates South Carolina. I’m going to message Poshmark and alert them to your change of address. In the meantime could you please check and make sure you changed your address for this sale? Thank you! Pam

k_buerkley Hello! Poshmark customer service answered me this morning. I gave them the correct shipping address. They said to ask you to delay shipping and I told them we have discussed that already. I added a shipping address to my Poshmark account, however, I purchased the shirts from you before I made an account and when I try to change the shipping address by clicking on the email that was sent to me after I purchased, it asks me to create an account and when I did, my purchase does not show up.

pam1116 @k_buerkley Let’s see if Poshmark sends me a new label. In the meantime, explain what you just told me to Poshmark. I don’t see how you could have purchased the shorts before you created an account. Look up “how to change an address on a poshmark purchase already made.” If you can’t find that on the site, google it. We’ll get it done! Thanks.
