michaelrice831 could you possibly explain to me how love notes are given? I notice it is a requirement to become a posh ambassador, but I have been unable to navigate the app in order to do so. your help would be so appreciated

k_maya0729 @michaelrice831 hi there! love notes are given from your customers when they purchase from you when they give you a rating on the item. and you have to give a love note, at least one, to become an ambassador. to do this you have to purchase an item and then when you receive it and rate it then you are able to leave them a love note 😊🤍

rockinroro Hi, I have a general question….when there’s a problem with an item I received and posh mark offers me, let’s say $10 posh credit, and in addition I get to ‘keep’ the order, does that mean I get a full refund that I paid for the order, still keep the order and get a $10 posh credit? Or does it mean I keep the order but get no refund but get $10 posh credit? I’ve asked Poshmark and they don’t respond.
