earthface Hi there - I placed an order almost a week ago and it is still “awaiting shipment”. I’ve left a comment (as I was hoping to have this dress by now for a wedding this weekend) with no reply. Poshmark has also reached out to you with a shipping reminder. I see you are updating your closet but not contacting me back on if I’m ever actually going to get this item? mkpfc3 @kimberlyn222 I’m very sorry for the cancellation. Don’t want you goin to the PO. What I will do on my end is “return to sender” and deny acceptance of the package. This way it will be returned to you. Then just need Poshmark customer service handle the refund.

ptjaymebales @kimberlyn222 So, you send out the shipment AFTER I canceled. AFTER trying and trying to communicate with you. AFTER you LIED and said it was already shipped, and USPS confirms you didn’t even drop it off at the your local post office until about 1:30pm TODAY. Terrible business practice. TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS and let them know about delays, do not LIE about shipping when you didn’t, and you will find yourself having much happier customers.

I emailed Posh last week when the order wasn't tracking. If I had the ability to remove bad weather, technology, human error or whatever kept this from being scanned I would gladly have done this for you. I do wish you the best and hope you never find yourself in a similar situation that you have no control over.
