rarquilla Thank you so much the purchase of the Ralph Lauren Ponch. I shipped this item and directly handed it to my mail carrier. I do not know why it was not scanned.i have notified Poshmark and will be speaking to my mail carrier today. Please let me know if you receive. Rest assured I will continue to work on this matter. rarquilla @modtinker I just talked to my mail carrier and he was not on duty that day. We have a security system and I backtracked to Oct. 21. I left the package at my box for pickup. The system shows that, however, it did not turn on when the mail came so I can’t see if it was taken by the post office or was stolen. I am headed to the post office now. I’m praying that somehow it reaches you! Poshmark is not helping at all!

rarquilla I went to the post office and they have no info. They will be contacting the mail carrier from that day. I’ve also updated customer support at Poshmark. I think you will have your money refunded if it does not start to track within 24 hours. I on the other hand will lose the sale and my item. I am so very sorry. I’m still hoping it shows up. This has never happened to me before so I’m very frustrated and worried and I feel awful for you

rarquilla @modtinker I see Poshmark has refunded your $. I am very thankful for that. The package still is nowhere to be found.
