cshawne03 I’m so sorry your item hasn’t been delivered yet I sent it out last week. It should’ve been there by now. I hope they didn’t lose it in the mail. I’ve never had an item take this long to arrive to a buyer. Again I hope it arrives to you soon.

cshawne03 Good morning. I called the post office to open a case. I’m waiting on them to call me back because it is a long hold time evidently. I will keep you posted as soon as I hear back from them. I just wanted to keep you in the loop.

cshawne03 Hi. Unfortunately they don’t know where it is. They said they will contact me in 2 to 3 business days to let me know where it is. I’m hoping it will be delivered to you by that time. They gave me a case number, but I don’t want to post it on your page. As for the refund you will have to request that. I’m so sorry this is happening. I really hope it arrives soon.

cshawne03 @kimbreab they just called me and said the package is stuck in Kansas City. They will get back to me tomorrow with an explanation.

kimbreab @cshawne03 thank you for the update! I’m expecting another package and I received a notification that it too is delayed in delivery. I was supposed to receive it last week. I’m guessing it’s going through Kansas City as well.

cshawne03 Hello I called them and they said I have to file a claim. No one got back to me today. I’m so sorry. You’re out of your item and I’m out of a happy buyer. They still claim it might arrive.

cshawne03 @kimbreab I’ve never had this happen before and I sell things on another site. Someone is probably walking around with your scarf. I try to ship things as quick as possible to make my buyers happy. Right now I wished I would’ve sent it a day later and we wouldn’t be going through this .
