Hi Kim. I received an astrology book in the mail just now and not the lucky jeans. :(
Maybe you got me mixed up with another customer? Not sure how to move forward BC is like to not pay the shipping again but maybe u can contact Poshmark and they can send me and the person who ends up with the jeans new shipping labels?
And don’t feel bad. This happened to one of my friends before and Poshmark walked her though fixing it

Hi again! I contacted customer support to let them know what happened. I’m assuming another buyer received my jeans. I have the astrology book and asked customer support if they could send me a return label to you, or even better, a label to the correct recipients address. It can take 24-48 hours for customer support to get back to me but if you could also contact them by pressing the problems/inquiries page that would be great. Im not in a huge rush for the jeans.

@jessewilfert I am so very sorry! Yes, this is my mistake. I sent out 2 packages that day and placed the wrong label on both packages. I will reach out to Customer care as well to see what I can do to make this right. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

@mtlife no worries! The same thing happened to a friend of mine and poshmark was able to fix it! I will keep the astrology book in a safe spot until I hear back from you or customer service. All is good no worries!

@mtlife they replied to me wanting pictures and all this proof so I just took a pic of the book and said it was mailed to me by mistake, and that I had Vernon touch with you and we were working together to contact poshmark and resolve it. They mentioned that it may take a couple of days for them to mail me a shipping labels to return the book. I don’t see why don’t they give me a label to send to the correct buyer and vice versa for the jeans but it’s posh and it can get complicated.
