resellkell @kimlya I didn't notice any tears when I packing the item. Is it possible the damage happened during shipping? Was the mailer damaged?

resellkell @kimlya Okay. Where on the front is the tear? I did not see a tear during my pre-shipping inspection otherwise I would have cancled the order. Is there anything I can do for you?
