vile288 Excuse me?! You didn't make a claim with posh and you didn't answer my comments. You emailed them and that does nothing unless you make a CLAIM. It's very rude of you to rate your purchase negatively when I've been trying to fix the mistake. Do you know how this works? Did you not see me answer your comment on the listing twice? And you never responded? Seriously?

ckimmyrun @vile288 no I don't know how this works! Just know my kid had to show me how to find this comment area! I also know u do a lot of name calling. I've been called a liar and rude by u and ur the one who has not sent me my item. I email PM 2x! And when they didn't help, I spent time locating ur page and saw some lady calling u a thief. I tried to help by saying what happened.... if u guys represent the way this whole thing works I would rather not shop here! Seriously!!!

ckimmyrun @vile288 you have been paid for the ring I ordered & I also paid for shipping and now I'm Stuck with a jar of "mud" u sent me instead of my ring?? And a whole lot of name calling by you & the gal u were supposed to send the mud to?! How exactly were ru trying to fix this. I give up! I'm tossing this mud and consider it a lesson learned. I will need to figure out how to report this (lol) but I will!
