anewsan2be The snow pants I purchase from you after taking out of the package have a strong strong perfume odor and evidence of a black short wire hair dog throughout the pants and it's really difficult to get the hair out so I have to have them professionally clean is there anything that you do on your end when this happens?? I had already released the money so there's no chance of a refund; (;(;(and I definitely can't give them as a gift smelling like they do and having dog hair; (;(
