vlilly114 Hi! Can I ask why you noted those categories under "needs improvement"? You placed the order on December 21st. I shipped the boots the same day and they were delivered on the 23rd, two days later. I also responded to your initial offer within an hour. Lastly, what else could I have included in the description about these boots?

vlilly114 @kindallbrown Okay, I'm still confused as to why only 4 stars for them? As far as the shipping, I actually took them to my post office about 2 hours after the order was placed and they shipped the same day. With Poshmarks prepaid label, they couldn't have been delivered sooner.
