item purchase on December 1st. Said shipped to headquarters to become verified.. December 16th still no word. No tracking. Really disappointed with Poshmark and how this works... about to cancel my $530 order.

@maggiechen1205 we are consignment shop. People bring in their items and we sell them at our store for commission. We list them on Poshmark and Tradesy adding the fees on the site. The price you see on the tags are the price we have them in store. When there’s offers we usually discuss them to the owners first and if they agree we take offers

@maggiechen1205 we did confirm with her but she didn’t realized it was online sale offer. She was mistaken that it was a store purchase that’s when she realized that there’s 20% fee that have to be taken out and that’s when she decided against it

@edita9111 I did send them an inquiry as to why they have determined it like that, because the owner claimed to have bought it in Chanel store in hongkong in one of her travels and I have taken 3 Chanel bags she have that was all authentic. I can send it to you as soon as I get the dress back if you are still interested

@jaimelee0717 it is an insult to offer less than half off the posted price and in order to avoid any more effort back and forth, we just block people who does that. We are a consignment shop and consignee have particular prices they wanted for their items back and with the fees taken out by the app- there’s not really much room for discount let alone way less than half the price being offered.

@kingskloset2020 and you don’t think it’s an insult to just block people and write them off? It’s hurtful and wrong. That’s why we have sites such as Poshmark, they are platforms for negotiating. And if you sent me an offer, I probably would have worked with you on a bag that has glue and pen marks inside it. It’s also an insult to think someone would pay the price you have listed on it for the condition the interior is in!
