Hello
.We are located in Long Island NY and we were hit by a major snow storm and our postal service was closed. Your item left our facility January 5th, but there are delays with the postal service due to the massive amounts of ice and snow. As the tracking was not updated in the system we contacted the Freeport Post Office and we were informed to wait as the item will get to you, and to give tracking time to update in the system.
