Buyers kinda dont like it when have Sam Edelman booties $62 in excellent condition & offers are less than $19 so please think about buyers perspective next time. Thanks!

acschaum If you haven’t already, I’d go ahead and file a problem with your order, instead of accepting (there’s a button to click instead of accept order), so that it gets flagged from your end. And to make sure it doesn’t get marked as accepted after the three days.

I wanted adhere to the policy in the hopes of getting my money back. Once it gets back to her I will ask her to send it to you. I hope she complies.

purpleguppy @kirenc89 okay, great, thanks! Amanda said she hasn’t gotten it back and it wasn’t clear she was going to send me my items. I think everyone was refunded except for me and it’s $52 worth of clothing. I really appreciate your reply - will take it up with Poshmark again.

Amanda kept saying that we had “Posh Protection” and I should take it up with them and leave her out of it which didn’t sit well with me. Thanks again for being open and honest.

acschaum @kirenc89 hey there, of course I sent her items back as soon as I got them. I had to set a boundary bc she kept harassing me after I sent multiple emails to poshmark for help on her behalf. I was never going to keep her damaged items. I am an honest and great seller and simply made a mistake swapping a return with a sale. I’m sorry you got mixed up with this and would be happy to send you that top out of my own pocket if you’d like it.

And no I meant I’ll send it to you for free- not through poshmark...I’ll just pay for shipping and send it. I know this has been such a headache. That’s what I said before to her- that I wished I’d just kept her damaged stuff bc $50 wasn’t even worth this headache!

I wish I would have read this before accepting a way-under-what-I-would-have accepted bid for a rating that is under what I normally recieve without any critizism....it wasn't justified and ended up reflecting poorly on my end.
