kfletcher1983 @heathmcg1978 I spose to usps today again it's being sent up to management to find out why they have wrong information they messed it up the agent told me. I have spoke to them 3 times in 3 days

kfletcher1983 @heathmcg1978 I was told it's still in transit. then told they entered wrong information on package and it's being investigated yet again. when I asked why they closed out my case they wouldn't even answer the question. usps is a joke I am currently out 75 dollars on that item.

kfletcher1983 @heathmcg1978 Doing what I can so we both are not out. I was told if I do not receive a call back in 3 days too call 1-866-974-1735 too speak with people at USPS higher up then the Customer Service department. I have all 5 stars on over 30 sales I dropped your package off the same day you bought it with 3 others and this is the only 1 currently that is messed up not sure why either.

kfletcher1983 @heathmcg1978 That is on them I printed out shipping label and taped it packaged up item then dropped it off with receipt. Once it's in there hands I unfortunately have no control over the package any longer. I have went above and beyond so far even messaged poshmark 3 times with no messages back yet from then and called usps 3 times and have spent over 3 total hours on the phone with usps. I apologize for any inconvenience and will get this resolved as soon as possible.
