jadedbunny28 hi there. I see that you had an issue with the wristlet. coach had a one year warranty and will repair or replace a manufacturer defect. I would like to ask that you reconsider your change in rating, however. I am a small business and your wristlet arrived brand new, sealed, in original packaging, as described. I am not Coach and cannot help there was a defect with the wristlet. I can only give you info to help you resolve it
