danacumby Hi Kirsten, I saw your note about the cleats. The cleats were cleaned again prior to shipping and scrubbed with a toothbrush with cleaner and then dried.Being in sealed packaging and then opened may have caused oder or you are smelling the cleaner off the shoes which has now been in the sealed bag. I assure you I am very meticulous about how I let things leave my presence. I am saying this with a kind tone since you cannot read this in words.

danacumby There is a process in Poshmark, where if something does not work out, you alert Poshmark prior to releasing funds. They give you return postage, you return the item, and they release your funds after they make a decision about the validity about the transaction. It is set up as such that now that you have released funds I cannot refund your money via this platform. So what kind of credit do you seek? I would like to help you however I can.

kirjubal @danacumby thx for your response. i just opened the bag and the odor was so strong i put them in the garage and forgot about them! they look clean but i literally can’t keep them in the house. it is terrrrible! just let me know if u want them back or would like to credit me or ???

danacumby @kirjubal I can give you a 30% discount in my closet ... but there is not a way to credit persay... There is a link I gave you above... that will remedy what you speak of... They were perfectly clean leaving here. It had to be because they had been cleaned and then sealed for days.
