lillywhite2116 Hi, I read your review about the Gucci belt you purchased from yotome. Did you by chance get it authenticated from an actual Gucci store? I’m just trying to make sure it’s a legit belt. Thx

kirstenmharris @lillywhite2116 no I didn’t, but I’m 99.9% sure it’s real. It came in the Gucci box and duster bag. It had all the appropriate Gucci writing on the belt. I even went to the Gucci store to make sure I had the right sizing and they look identical. Hope that helps!

lillywhite2116 @kirstenmharris Thanks for reply back. There’s just a few red flags that I didn’t see until after purchase. I’ll be going to Gucci to get them authenticated. I have a real Gucci belt and a fake so once they come I’ll compare and also just for peace of mind go to the store. Thanks again!

lillywhite2116 @kirstenmharris Unfortunately these belts are fake. Took them to Gucci after comparing my other Gucci from Nordstrom and they felt and looked and smelt cheap and sure enough they aren’t real. I submitted a claim. Hopefully you can too?

lillywhite2116 @kirstenmharris yeah. Contact poshmark. Hopefully it’s not to late for you since you’ve already accepted the belt. But it’s still a good idea to let Poshmark know that this person is claiming these belts are real. I knew the moment I saw the box, then the dust bag, then the belt and reassured by a Gucci sales personnel in the store. I feel completely taken advantage of.

lillywhite2116 @kirstenmharris Go to your purchases tab, then click on the belt, at bottom of page is says Problems:m/Inquiring then you should be able to put the reason. I said not Authentic and well the seller sent me two different sizes. I attached photos and also my comments, pictures of the original post because it says in the description “Athen. Gucci Belt” and I included other buyers comments ask if the belts were authentic and the seller telling many other yes.

lillywhite2116 @kirstenmharris yes, poshmark will provide a shipping label. And they should be shutting down his/her page. If not I will be reporting the page to poshmark to shut down and posting comments on their page to let other buyers know. If it’s fake just be honest and don’t charge almost $200! That’s total BS

lillywhite2116 @kirstenmharris I took pics of the tag front/back, pic of the belt, and the box with the smudged Gucci logo. Then I added in another comment the screen dots of my conversation, other buyers conversations asking if the best were authentic and that seller said “yes” and “100%” And I also included a screen shot of two belts that had “Athen Gucci belt” in the description.
