Kirsten, thank you so much for your purchase of the poncho. I had intended to wrap and ship today, but I have scoured my Posh Closet and can't locate it. It's driving me crazy! I want your first purchase on Posh to be a great experience, and I am so sorry. I will look again and if I can't find by tomorrow, I will let you know and cancel the Order. This is very unusual for me. So, please don't think Posh is always this way.

Hi @kea111— you’ve just bought a polka dotted blue dress from me. Unfortunately, I’m out of town so cannot get to the dress to mail it quickly. I’ll be able to mail it in two weeks. @kea111 Thanks, kea111. Did you hear back? I had written to Poshmark about this but hadn’t heard back. I had put the dress in the mail in the morning and then received the cancellation notification from Poshmark that afternoon. Was just wondering if it was received because it never came back to me so logged back into Poshmark and saw your comments. I’ll follow up again with Poshmark.
