I’m still learning how poshmark works and didn’t realize clicking like means I would like to buy something. I’ve “liked” things that are not my size at all. 😬 Thanks for your offer 😘

rmsjbrown I have an issue with Born shoes I received. I have worn them once and the stitching from both shoes has ripped out. Like it was rotten. I would have messaged you but don’t know how.

kirstenlewis75 @rmsjbrown oh no. That is no good at all. With Poshmark there is a way to go through them in order to make it right. Let me get back to you on how to go about that.

kirstenlewis75 @rmsjbrown okay, I’ve figured out what to do. I’m so sorry that happened. So... go to “My Purchases”.... Select the Born Shoes Order..... go all the way to the bottom then select “Problems/Order Inquiry” ..... then select “Contact Posh Support” It will be helpful to include the order number in the email to Poshmark.

kirstenlewis75 @rmsjbrown that’s right there’s no way to upload a photo here. Up above, I laid out the steps for you to take. I don’t know what Poshmark will require you to do I’m just guessing they’ll need proof with a photo. As the buyer, you need to do those steps. Poshmark has a no return policy. They play a mediation type role. So, go through the steps I listed above and I think they’ll make it right. 😉

rmsjbrown So I haven’t heard back from customer support yet but it doesn’t look good. Since I didn’t wear the shoes until the other day and they have a 72 hour reporting. You were my first purchase on Posh, so I didn’t read all the fine print. I’ll guess someone should have worn them before selling. The stitching completely ripped out in both shoes.

Then I hopped over to your page, and to my surprise, you live in Eldo too! It would be really great to have a Poshmark buddy to thrift with whenever they open again. I taken my mom there and my husband.... not particularly helpful. 😅 and they are “done with it” a little to quickly. 😂
