the_black_pearl Heyyyyy. Just letting you know I emailed posh a few days ago and the email they sent back was a generic one that they will respond in a few days. I tried canceling the order so you could get your money back but since it was delivered it wouldn't let me. I don't care about you keeping the lip gloss I'm just trying to get your full purchase price returned to you. Just letting you know that I didn't forget about ya. :)

the_black_pearl The applicator yon received was a free gift. Wasn't to replace the item. We both contacted posh to solve mix up and you received your money back... and you still gave me 2 stars. Very rude. Also.. your bundle was only 5 dollars. So crazy.

Notwithstanding the price...Poshmark made it right, not the seller. I feel you simply forgot to include it. All in all, I appreciate that you reached out to me. Poshmark did not indicate any validity of you reaching out to them - stating a case was NOT opened, and also stated the credit (NOT REFUND) was a "huge exception to our process".
