kitpryor @andie1955. hello! I've purchased a couple of things on Poshmark, but this is the most expensive thing I've purchased. I love Elsa Peretti jewelry, and esp. love the teardrop. andie1955 @kitpryor need to let you know so you won't be disappointed, that I didn't have the original bag necklace came in so I put in a nicer bag a Yurman piece came in. All you need to do is take it to T&Co. and they'll clean it, polish abs give you a blue bag and box and a white bow if you want that. The bag I had was filthy. Couldn't send to you. Necklace is perfectly beautiful.❤️

kitpryor @andie1955 hi there, ma'am. The necklace is here. However there is a problem in that the delicate chain is in such a terrible knot that I've worked on for about 30mins with no luck. So I'm going to have to take it to a jeweler to get it untangled. I believe the problem may have come from being loose in the Yurman bag. Maybe this necklace needed to be packaged differently. I'm a little bummed about it. Thanks..

andie1955 @kitpryor Oh no!! Kit, I'm so sorry that happened! I've sent thin chains before like that with no problem. I just laid it in the bag. I guess I made a mistake. Is there a Tiffany near you? They will fix it, steam and polish it at no charge. I feel terrible that you can't just put on and enjoy your necklace. I can't apologize enough for this problem and I'm crossing fingers that you live near a Tiffany! Andie😐

andie1955 @kitpryor Also yes, it should have been sent in a necklace box. The irony is that I never got one, even when I bought it, it just came in that little blue bag that was in the box that just got dirty! Now that I recall, it got into a knot from being in that blue bag too! Gosh, I'm sorry I didn't think of that or remember. I know it can be unknotted, it will just be a little bit longer until you can wear it. Please forgive my poor judgement in packing. I understand why you're bummed..🙁

kitpryor @andie1955 Hey there, Andie. You have been quite nice to deal with on this matter. I think the best thing is for me to take the necklace to the jewelers and see if the knot can be untangled. I'm just not certain I want to keep it now. Am I breaking any PM rules by doing this - by taking it to a jeweler ? Thanks...

andie1955 @kitpryor Hi Kit, I don't see any problem getting it unknotted at the jeweler. Did you try unhooking it and using a pencil to gently open the knot? That always works for me.

andie1955 Oh, as far as not keeping it, all sales are final unless you were sent an item other than the described item, which you weren't. Necklace chains get knotted all the time. There is nothing wrong with the necklace.
