kellyjmckinney Hi kitela! Can you show me the discoloration on the brush I sent? I am confused as to why you were so unsatisfied with your purchase that is warranted a 1 star rating. I shipped the day you purchased, the price you were given was 75% off retail, and it was not marked as NWT so normal use would be expected. The bristles were in perfect condition. I would like to improve if you believe I mislisted, but it would seem that 4/5 would have been more appropriate.
