sunnyfeline @jessellelo Hi! Support Center closed the case before I was even able to type a response so I asked them to reopen it to allow us to get a resolution that both of us can be happy with. I’m really disappointed with how they handled the situation. I had to look into it about USPS and it looks like the seller or buyer can file a claim with them for damaged or lost items so that’s what I plan to do once I have the opportunity to sit down and do the paperwork online.

sunnyfeline @jessellelo (second part of comment) I originally thought it had to be the buyer but I guess Poshmark differs on this. I’ve been on eBay for many years and have never seen a situation held so poorly like this one with Support Center. :-/

sunnyfeline @jessellelo I filed a damage claim with USPS. Poshmark Customer Service didn’t email me back until today & they refuse to reopen the claim until this gets resolved through USPS. Plus they keep on referring to me as if I’m the seller, not the buyer. 🤦🏻‍♀️
