cromano53 Hi. I recently purchased the Ralph Lauren v neck sweater. I asked if there was any shrinkage. I just received the sweater today, and the fit is quite small as a medium and the texture feels like it’s been washed And size has shrunk. I’m asking for a refund. Thx for your consideration in this matter

amykathwills @cromano53 Hi— I’m so sorry you’re not pleased with it. I tried my best to explain that it is impossible for me to know if there was any shrinkage as I purchased this from a vintage shop and the item had a life before me. I hoped the measurements I provided would have clarified any shrinkage concerns for you. I am sorry that was not the case. Since you aren’t pleased with it, feel free to move forward with an order inquiry.

amykathwills @cromano53 I would love to, but I tried and it looks like I am unable. When you accept an item and release payment to me, Poshmark assumes that you have inspected the item for things like this. Have you tried the order inquiry button? It might work on your end.

cromano53 @amykathwills I did try and as you have mentioned. It’s too late. I’m upset with myself for not making an inquiry like I was going to do. Make sure you check your items. Like I said $27 later with a shrunken sweater and two holes is embarrassing!
