azbuffalo Hello I was packaging your order this morning and noticed that the shoes are not still new - I’m not sure if my sister wore them once or what but there’s a little sign on the bottom that they have been worn. Please let me know if this is ok or if I should cancel - thank you

azbuffalo @kkarensemple hi! Yes I’m sorry, I forgot to reply - that’s great. I shipped them, the post office picked them up and I hve a confirmation email they picked them up now we just need to wait for them to be scanned in and posh will send a tracking number. Sometimes on Saturdays I see this later like 10pm or so. :)

nubie66 @kkarensemple Hi, yes I still have the correct ones, I’m so sorry. Yes, as soon as you get them, just contact posh support. They will send you a prepaid label. I’ve never made this mistake before, so I will contact posh on my end, letting them know I sent the wrong item. They usually reply within 24 hours. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience 🌸🌸🌸
