kabh138 @davidclaylewis i’m not sure what you mean. there is a “split” in the leather where the elastic is. that’s part of the shoe.

kabh138 @davidclaylewis I’m not sure. I think you’ll need to take it up with Poshmark. I tried to disclose every flaw with my photos and description so apologies if I missed something.

davidclaylewis @kabh138 I’d prefer you help me resolve this. These have been damaged beyond repair and I need to return them for a full refund including shipping. Really disappointed

kabh138 @davidclaylewis there’s nothing I can do. I can’t refund your money, everything gets done through Poshmark. I don’t think that’s a fair assessment at all considering I wore them two weeks ago and had no issues. You will need to contact Poshmark. I have no way of refunding you whatsoever.

kabh138 @davidclaylewis I’m not sure you understand how this works—you need to contact Poshmark support. There is no way for me to “initiate” as a seller since I did everything by the book on my end. They have an easy to find email address. I’m sorry you’re disappointed but this is no longer my responsibility as they were in great condition when i last had them and believed that the well- padded envelope I shipped them in was more than sufficient.

kabh138 Please contact them for any further support instead of commenting on my photo. I don’t mean to be insensitive but I absolutely fulfilled my obligation as seller and all the photos I took show the shoes exactly as they were when I sent them. I have no way of confirming that they are damaged as you’re asserting and Poshmark will need to look into that. Take care
