Hi Klaus, I just dropped your boots off. I’m so sorry it took so long to ship. One of my best friends committed suicide on Thursday so I’ve had to deal with stuff daily. I thought I’d be able to get it out faster or else I would’ve messaged you sooner to let you know about the delay. I apologize again its just been a horrible week. The postman said once it’s scanned by end of day it’ll start tracking, hopefully it doesn’t take long from here!

Poshmark is so non-user friendly, is there a way for you to remove the sales tax for tax-exempt buyers?
If you put the sales price back to a higher amount such as $2800, then we could make an offer for the $2500 again. We can't make the purchase for $2500 if that is the actual sales price or it doesn't cover our expenses. Thank you!

@ashnicolebates Poshmark said we need to upload the Tax Exempt Certificate and then our account status will be updated. They said they can't apply it to orders already placed. Could you cancel the purchase and when the tax-exemption is approved (hopefully by tomorrow), we will replace the order?

Hi Klaus, just wanted to update you on your boots...I wasn’t able to make it to the post office Before they closed early today so I dropped them off at my local UPS store because the post office picks packages up from them. But since it’s Saturday they said the mail carrier will not pick up from them until 5:00 Monday. So that was my best way to get them to you because I’ll be at work all Monday. I hope they don’t take long to get to you now that the holidays are over. I hope you love them!

@kruhmer it’s not the shopping cost.. it’s the label that is needed in order to ship the product. i don’t think there is a way to change the shipping label until the item is purchased. therefore, i don’t think i will be able to sell this item on poshmark anymore. if you know of another platform similar to this that allows for heavier weight packages please let me know. facebook would be an option.
