Hi, so they weren’t able to authenticate them. I’m not sure which one. They didn’t specify anything at all. I have a friend who said that posh rejected a shirt they bought directly from Macy’s and said they couldn’t authenticate it. How would u like to move forward?

Hi, so I provided them with a reciept, an authentication card and an explanation as to why the stamps on the two earrings didnt match, which is that the guy bought two pairs of the exact same earrings, kept on and sold one, and when he sold me them he mixed up the pairs and gave me one of each, so to poshmark that probably caused them to deny it. Everything was provided, so my hope is that I’m able to relist them at minimum.
