rodriguezjj @kellibehun Hi. Can you tell me why you gave me four starts, please? I paid 120 dollars , and I sold the pumps to you for nothing. The pumps were worn not more than three times. I am size 7.5, Macy’s gave me the size wrong. I sent them to you right away. I spent three dollars on wrapping and box. I made about 1.50. Thanks.

janemorgans I am disappointed that you gave me 3 stars for that sabika necklace. You never once asked me questions about the size Of the stones. If you had I would have measured them for you. This necklace was in perfect shape and deserves five stars. You got a terrific deal and I shipped it out very quickly. I think you could have been more gracious I have found Poshers to be very kind you should really consider how you rate your items.

kellibehun I apologize. I was trying to match a frosted white Sabika Bracelet and Necklace I have and I noticed some of the stones in the necklace were white frosted. I didn’t think to ask what size because I assumed they were the same size. I wasn’t really rating the quality of the necklace or your service. I was rating my satisfaction with it and I stated why. If there is a way to change the star ratings I will do it. Or maybe this post can serve as an explanation for the 3 stars.

kellibehun I’ll accept the blame and I will say the necklace is in great condition and you were very accommodating and professional in how you handled the sale. I do plan to wear the necklace regardless of the size of the beads.
