sharmi26 Hey there, for some reason the tracking hasn’t been updating on the order. This happens where USPS still moves the item, but the tracking just doesn’t update until the item is delivered. Just wanted you to know that the item is on its way, and has been on its way. I’m not really sure what’s going on, but I’m hoping that it will resolve soon

treasuredresale I want to thank you for your AKA Pearl's Custom Tee order. It was sent out but not tracking. I have been to the post office and inquired as much as I can. The main facility they say is behind by 10-14 days smh. I learned that if I put the packages in the outside box of the post office they don't get scanned. I am keeping an eye out and if all else fails, I will send out a new package.
