catphilley @korierin2020 I read your review and I’m sorry you feel disappointed in the condition of the purse. I wrapped the straps to try and prevent them from getting misshapen during shipping, not to conceal anything. I’m not sure what the odor is you’re noticing, but I inspected the bag before packing and didn’t see any scuffs or smell anything off-putting..

catphilley @korierin2020 (Please see beginning of of comment) I felt I put forth extra effort for this sale/packing/shipping, so I’m surprised. It is a used item, and I firmly believe it is in “like new” condition. I am sorry you were not 100% satisfied.

korierin2020 @catphilley Its hanging in my garage with an odor remover in it. It is not excellent condition. Strap holes have wear use marks in them. I was kind with my review of item. Please don’t attack me for being honest. The item should have been listed as used, not excellent like new. Packaging and note were kind- I agree. I didn’t purchase a kind note and the packaging. I apologize for offending you, I’m just being honest. The purse was in used condition, and smells.
