klslemmons I did not know what would happen if I declined the offer so I accepted it to end the claim process. I didn't think that was going to be what the resolution was but Im okay with it and you do not have to chase packages. I learned maybe to reach out to the posher instead of opening a claim if it were to happen again.

klslemmons My side says resolved and I have received the credit they issued to my account. Did they decline your payment from me on the total order? If they did that is not cool.
