hiers1108 @lisayounger hi yes I do have a question .. I am shipping my first orders today , what happens when I ship them and they decide not to pay me ? Or tell me they never got them ? I’m just a little nervous never doing this before.

lisayounger @hiers1108 they have already paid for the items. You have to wait for them to receive and accept orders before the funds are available to you. If they fail to do that Poshmark will release the funds to you. If they do not get the shipment they will have to file a case with Poshmark. Poshmark handles all of that for you so don’t worry. Just enjoy shipping out your first orders. Problems like you are concerned about are the exception. Hope this helps!

hiers1108 @lisayounger Hi Lisa, I know you said if I ever have any questions to ask you to reach out and I am a bit frustrated. I sold a pair of shoes on here to someone and it was delivered 4 days ago and I have still not gotten acceptance for the order for me to get my money . I have tried several times to reach out to this person and keep getting ignored and I’m just very frustrated. I even emailed Poshmark and still nothing .. can you please direct me in the right way to get my money please.

lisayounger @hiers1108 hi there. This might be helpful info for you. Let me know. The buyer has 3 full days from the time that USPS marks the order as delivered to inspect and accept the item. If they do not do so and are fine with the item, we will automatically release the seller’s earnings on their behalf on the 4th day after delivery. Once an order is marked as received, the fastest way to get your money from Poshmark is through direct deposit
