aelalea Payment has already been processed by Poshmark. I see you are new, so you might not know how it works, but basically, Poshmark has the money. Once you ship the item using the mailing label posh emailed to you, I'll receive the item. Once I receive it, I let Posh know and then Posh releases the money into your balance. Does that make sense?

aelalea As soon as I get it, I'll let posh know. The process is instant - it goes into your posh balance. I'll keep my eye out for it

aelalea I saw your note. Go to your dashboard and click where it says "balance". It should show you that you have an available balance from your sales that you can use to buy listings on posh - or you can provide your bank information and Poshmark will direct deposit the money into your account. When I withdraw money from my balance, it usually take one day to get into my bank account. Depending on what bank you use, I'm sure it's similar. I hope this helps!

aelalea I would email posh support and see if they have some insight. I know for me, it takes only a day for a redemption to process. I hope Posh can help sort it out!
